Channel 1 Sports Bar & Grill is a behemoth compared to other San Diego sports bars. Three rooms comprise Channel 1, with billiards and the bar taking up most of the first, leading into the back dining room. Five nights a week, Channel 1 acts as a platform for unsigned talent to belt out too-many tunes to a wild karaoke crowd. Alcohol prices rival some big name downtown bars, but the place rarely gets packed.
