Specialty house beers range from shamrock gold to Callahan red, nameless nutbrown, and monster mash. Callahan's sticks to the beer basics with simple, small batches of pure water, malted barley, hops, and yeast. The Irish inspired menu also sticks to pub principles with Irish nachos and wings o'fire.
