O'Bees on Newport is an Irish-themed dive bar that has some great bartenders and lively patrons. With that being said, O'Bees experienced major renovations in the past and seems to be constantly in the revamping the image. Not many amenities can be expected from this place; however, O'Bees does offer reasonable drink specials for all who stop in. The two owners really seem to care about their patrons, too. It is a shame that this place feels somewhat incomplete, but O'Bees on Newport is a classic Ocean Beach spot for a beer or two at the end of the day.
