The dining area is surrounded by shady palm trees and green grass, reminiscent of a quaint lunch in the park-albeit an extremely nice park. The menu consists of mainly Mexican and American dishes expertly prepared by the hotel chef. And the tropical poolside bar handles all the drink orders.
